Our client had a large and diverse workforce. Importantly, many employees fell into the 'vulnerable' category as assessed by the Fair Work Ombudsman. The client considered protecting and paying their employees to be central to their organisational values.

They observed a series of recurring issues and associated complaints over a period of time. These issues were reported to the Board, and a program of work was agreed and initiated.
